GENERAL ASPECTS

This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to the website hosted under the domain name aireriviera.com.mx (the “Website”), owned by LBA Riviera S.A. de C.V., (hereinafter LBA RIVIERA), a commercial company whose registered office is located at Calle Labnah C201 77760 Tulum. Quintana Roo. MEXICO.

In accordance with current legislation on Personal Data Protection, LBA RIVIERA informs the user/s (the “User/s”) of the Website about the Privacy Policy that will apply to the processing of the personal data provided by the User when registering on the Website by filling in the registration form provided for this purpose in the contact section.

In order to browse the Website it is not necessary for Users to disclose their personal data.

The completion of the Registration Form by Users as well as the data provided, necessarily implies, without reservation, knowledge and acceptance of this Privacy Policy, for which Users must validate the box provided for this purpose in the Registration Form. Therefore, the User is recommended to read these legal texts carefully beforehand.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1. Collection of personal data

By completing the Registration Form, Users must provide the following data, which must be accurate and truthful: name, surname, telephone number, email and company.

Likewise, LBA RIVIERA may also collect: information on the User’s use of the Website, since when browsing, data may be obtained on the User’s IP address, browser type, access time and the addresses of the websites from which the User has accessed the Website, as well as browsing data. Collecting this information allows LBA RIVIERA to compile statistics on the use and effectiveness of our Website.

LBA RIVIERA has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to maintain the required level of security, according to the nature of the personal data processed and the circumstances of the processing, in order to avoid, as far as possible and always according to the state of the art, its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access.

1. Purposes of the treatment

LBA RIVIERA may process Users’ personal data for the following purposes:

• User Registration: The data provided by Users will be used for the provision of the services provided through the Website.
• Advertising of our own services: LBA RIVIERA may send its Users commercial communications relating to advertising related to the services offered under the terms established in section 3 of the Privacy Policy.
• Data Retention
